Job description

  • Work as the liaison between finance and operations team on development of consolidated financial and operating KPI’s
  • Facilitate and manage Cost Savings tracking and reporting
  • Prepare monthly consolidated Cost Savings pipeline, spend, and forecast package
  • Support buildout and review of Cost Savings initiatives and financial justifications for accuracy and consistency
  • Manage business metrics reporting in coordination with various groups across the company including operations and supply chain into the health of the business with the goal of improving productivity, efficiency, and overall profitability.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow and working capital reporting and forecast packages
  • Coordinate the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process with executive management and department heads.
  • Collaborate with team members and management on business needs
  • Identify trends, patterns, and potential data discrepancies
  • Maintain data integrity and quality control of delivered reports
  • Innovate and improve upon current processes, data quality standards, and reporting
  • Create and maintain documentation for key reporting
  • Support the business with ad-hoc analysis and reporting

Minimum Salary of $80,000 + Benefits + Bonus (if applicable)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, manufacturing preferred, not required
