Job description
DETALLES DEL TRABAJO
Sueldo diario $452.76
Horario de Lunes a Viernes
Rotativo cada 2 semanas: Dia: 7:00 am a 7:00 pm - Noche: 7:00 pm a 7:00 am
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- Revisar que porte con su EPP completo antes de ingresar a planta
- Acudir a junta de seguridad diariamente
- Checar piezas pendientes en el banco observando la cantidad y tipo de piezas
- Acomodar la pieza en el banco utilizando el polipasto o grúa dependiendo de la pieza
- Checar constantemente la tovera si está limpia observando y limpiando si se encuentra sucia con grasa y con las pinzas de punta para quitarle la rebaba para que no se tape
- Soldar las partes que faltan y voltear la pieza utilizando la grúa o polipasto para soldar el otro lado
- Arcallar cuando tenga errores la pieza (poros) por los dos lados utilizando el arco aire y varilla de carbón, después limpiar la pieza con el martillo neumático de aire y volviendo a soldar
- Pulir partes de la pieza con errores como soldadura de más utilizando el pulido y limpiar la pieza con el martillo neumático de aire
- Cambiar rollo de soldadura con las manos cuando se acaba
- Marcar las piezas terminadas utilizando la letra de golpe, con la letra o clave de quien soldó la pieza
- Acomodar la pieza terminada utilizando el polipasto o grúa en un lado de los burros
- Aplicar las 5 S´s en el área de trabajo = clasificar, ordenar, limpieza, estandarización y disciplina
- Reemplazar al gruista para surtir piezas a los soldadores y pintores
- Participar en eventos kaizen o de mejora continua
Qualifications
- Ser mayor de edad
- Secundaria terminada
- Experiencia en el uso de soldadura de micro alambre (GMAW)
- Arco aire
- Soldadura de 0.45 y 0.52
- Disponibilidad de horario
