I hereby release the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, including liability arising from the Company's negligence, arising from the Company's verification of my prior employment history, criminal record, references and any other background information pertaining to me. I further understand that any offer of employment made by the Company is subject to the receipt of satisfactory references from former employers. I agree to submit to a physical examination and drug/alcohol testing, including random testing at any time, as required by the Company.
