We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Administrator to join our AR operations team. This role is responsible for managing billing processes, supporting system integrations and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience with project/progress billing, be comfortable working with third-party software for invoice distribution, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. This position reports directly to the Accounts Receivable Operations Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices and credit memos accurately and timely.
- Assist with the integration of billing systems and tools.
- Support various projects within the Accounts Receivable department.
- Collaborate with AR teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain performance reports for management review.
- Research and resolve billing exceptions and discrepancies.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle R12 or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and best practices.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Initiative and drive to identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement efforts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
