Responsable de la entrada y salida de los artículos del almacén, adquisición de las refacciones de inventario y custodia de los artículos del almacén, asegurando que se tengan existencias en la cantidad adecuada, con la especificación necesaria y adquiridos en el tiempo requeridos y al mejor costo posible.
- Adquisición de refacciones, cotizando con proveedores, realizando comparativas y elaborando la Orden de compra, de acuerdo a la política de compras.
- Recepción de mercancia: conteo, estiba y acomodo.
- Conteos de inventario: para la realización de inventario anual, e inventarios durante el año.
- Despacho de refacciones: Entrega de refacciones solicitadas a los usuarios. Registrar o comprar las refacciones que estén por debajo del minimo al momento de entregar.
- Recepción de facturas de proveedores, en el sistema ASPEL.
- Cargo de consumos: de acuerdo al vale firmado por usuario, en la cuenta y planta adecuada
- Identificación y correción de errores de captura de facturas o de consumo
- 5´s orden y limpieza del almacén
- Elaboración de analisis de solución rápida de problemas y simple kaizens
