Job Description

Address: 30 Jacks Bridge Rd, Londonderry, NH 03053

Shift Time: 5:00am to 3:30pm or 3:30pm-2:00PM

Starting Pay: $17.75

As an Entry-Level Assembler on the Harvey Team, you will be responsible for assembling component parts or pieces according to specific schematics or work instructions. This role is designed for candidates with basic skill levels, and tasks performed do not require a high degree of difficulty or prior experience. You will use hand and power tools to build quality products, support production goals, and maintain a clean and safe work area.


Qualifications

  • No prior assembly experience required – training will be provided
  • Understanding of a tape measurer and reading of cent and inches 
  • Experience using basic tools (manual or power) preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
  • Assemble and fabricate components using hand and power tools (e.g., staple guns, drills, etc.)
  • Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or schematics to ensure product accuracy
  • Perform basic visual inspections and verify part quantities
  • Identify and separate non-conforming parts or materials
  • Maintain clean workstations in alignment with 5S/housekeeping standards
  • Participate in safety protocols, including proper lifting (up to 50 lbs)
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and assist new team members when needed
