Job Description

Position Summary
As a Production Assembler on the Harvey Team, you will be responsible for assembling component parts or pieces according to a specific set of blueprints or schematics. You will use a variety of hand and power tools to build structurally sound products and ensure quality standards are met. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.


Qualifications

  • Assemble and fabricate products using company-supplied hand and power tools (e.g., staple guns, drills, etc.)
  • Read and follow production schematics or blueprints to assemble components accurately
  • Inspect and verify quantities of parts and ensure products meet quality standards
  • Identify, tag, and segregate non-conforming products as required
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory and report discrepancies
  • Train new or less experienced team members as needed
  • Support continuous improvement and follow 5S/housekeeping standards
  • Maintain safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques (up to 50 lbs)
  • Prior experience with hand and power tools such as staple guns and drills preferred
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Must be able to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and stand for extended periods
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
