Base Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Driver will be expected to transport, deliver, and/or unload windows and patio door products to customers in a safe and timely manner to our dealers, distribution centers and/or construction job sites using a box truck. This position requires a wide range of skills from practicing safe driving and delivery to top-notch customer service.
- The driver is responsible for maintaining ELD daily, and performing pre & post-trip evaluations of company trucks
- Daily routes that begin and end at our Denver manufacturing plant
- Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment
- Immediately report any necessary repairs and/or maintenance needed
- The driver must be able to communicate with back-end office personnel and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Actively ensure compliance with DOT guidelines
- Verify entire content loads prior to leaving manufacturing facility or job site
- Load and unload truck
- The driver is often assigned a helper to assist with unloads at various sites throughout the front range of Colorado and southern Wyoming
- Follow all safety procedures and all company policies
- Occasional Weekend work
- Other duties as assigned
- This is a team environment, and the driver must be willing and able to work alongside teammates to achieve excellent on time and in full delivery
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License Preferred
- 2 years commercial truck driving experience (equivalent Military DD214 experience is acceptable)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Multi-drop delivery experience a plus
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability to plan and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work safely throughout the day and prevent unsafe condition

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $27.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.)
