Essential Job Functions
- Performs complex data analysis to develop insights and root causes for ineffectiveness of processes.
- Determines business areas where data analysis can drive growth and productivity.
- Implements solutions to issues found in data analysis.
- Participates, assists, and leads, the effort to ensure that CBB data, both internal and external, is integrated, accurate, and accessible.
- Works to ensure alignment between CBB efforts and the strategic plan as defined.
- Performs specialized project and initiative support.
- Administer CBB’s business intelligence software suite and related applications.
- Translate business unit measures into automated and report ready data.
- Assist and coordinate management meetings for measure reviews. Deliver information to internal customers and support planning needs through conducting meetings.
- Perform variance analysis, demographic studies, product, and market analysis and provide meaningful information to management.
- Effectively implement and execute company policies and processes.
- Provide and ensure customer-focused activities, deliverables, and services.
- Lead and direct department activities resulting in continuous efficiency and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field is required.
- 3 plus years of experience in the field of business planning or financial analysis is required.
- Must be PC proficient and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office products, e-mail and Internet use.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to think conceptually and produce desired results.
