ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
An operational role that requires constant communication between the client, the sales teams and our internal team. Provides sales support for new/existing business. In addition, coordinating shipments from scheduling deliveries with the end user, helping develop and implement new operating procedures/systems, and following up on punch list items to ensure client satisfaction. Provides support for WTS & ClearWin entry systems to Sales and External Customers
- Develop relationship with Sales force and customers
- Takes advantage of regular relationship with customers to provide principals and sales team with market information and possible sales opportunities
- Answer Telephone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Responsible for accuracy of information, updating and monitoring of information from input to completion of the order
- Arranging bookings with production lines with emphasis on customer needs, risk & cost
- Reduce process variation
- Work closely with, other departments to ensure the streamlining of efficiency of procedures
- Assist the Commercial Sales force in all related work and Business development
- Engage with customers in the field to build perspective on selling opportunities
- Promote supplier product whenever possible. Look for and convert selling opportunities in day to day contact
- Manage and organize orders being booked/scheduled/delivered
- Daily/weekly reporting to Account Manager and VP of Sales on project status
- ClearWin training via Web Conferencing or live
- Other projects as assigned
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Broad understanding of building materials (Windows)
- Support sales team including telephone sales
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of ClearWin and SAP
- 2-5 years’ experience of related work experience
- Proven track record delivering process-driven results
