Duties and Responsibilities
- Print all tickets and gather all parts for all service technicians.
- Pick all parts needed for all services from each department.
- Communicate with inventory for parts needed for service.
- Tag all parts and stage them into location.
- To UPS/FedEx out and manifest parts to customers.
- Make sure all walk through tickets are complete and ready for shipment or service.
- Move out of work flow all truck delivery parts and to communicate with the team.
- Coordinate and dispatch all service technicians every morning.
- Invoices 20 to 30 orders per day.
- HS Diploma/GED
- Preferably with experience in manufacturing
- Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
