Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Print all tickets and gather all parts for all service technicians.
  • Pick all parts needed for all services from each department.
  • Communicate with inventory for parts needed for service.
  • Tag all parts and stage them into location.
  • To UPS/FedEx out and manifest parts to customers.
  • Make sure all walk through tickets are complete and ready for shipment or service.
  • Move out of work flow all truck delivery parts and to communicate with the team.
  • Coordinate and dispatch all service technicians every morning.
  • Invoices 20 to 30 orders per day.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Preferably with experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
