We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Accounts Receivable – Technology reporting to the VP, Global Finance Shared Service. This role will be the enterprise business owner for all technology platforms supporting the end-to-end Credit-to-Cash (C2C) lifecycle across a complex, multi-ERP landscape. This role will lead the strategy, roadmap, implementation, and optimization of third-party platforms supporting credit, collections, billing, and cash application tools within our Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) environment. This leader will drive modernization of a fragmented ERP landscape through automation, orchestration, and data enablement, while partnering closely with IT, Shared Services, Sales, and Finance leadership. The role is critical to scaling operations, improving working capital, and enabling acquisition integration.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to shape the technology landscape within the GFSS function, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Job Duties
- Own the enterprise C2C technology strategy, roadmap and platform architecture across a complex, multi-ERP landscape.
- Serve as business owner for all third-party C2C applications including leading company initiatives and projects, vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and performance management.
- Define platform strategy aligned to business growth and ERP modernization roadmap with ability to scale.
- Collaborate with Credit and AR to identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and structures including the development of guidelines regarding the use and operations of the financial applications.
- Drive automation, AI enablement, and straight-through processing
- Partner with IT Business Analyst to establish enterprise standards for data workflows, governance, testing, release management, and adoption frameworks for system upgrades and implementations.
- Liaison with IT Business Relationship Manager on ERP integration strategy, data architecture, security, and controls.
- Enable enterprise analytics and visibility across the invoice-to-cash lifecycle process.
- Support acquisition integration through rapid system onboarding and process standardization
- Ensure compliance, integrity and adequacy of data and processes based on reports, including assuring segregation of duties (SoD) and user access management follow SOX compliant controls.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise financial systems or C2C platforms
- Proven experience implementing third-party C2C technologies in multi-ERP environments
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes in manufacturing or industrial businesses
- Experience leading large, cross-functional transformation programs
- Executive presence and strong stakeholder influence
Preferred:
- Experience in acquisition-driven organizations
- Experience with AI-enabled collections or cash application platforms
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor, Microsoft, or similar
