Demonstrate ability to work safely in a production environment. Responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving operation in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Ability to operate a forklift. Organize, order, and schedule materials for the most efficient access in the support of production. Responsible for designated areas for 5s compliance. Will be required to work and/or fill in any shipping/receiving roles (including the Shipping Supervisor) or other tasks designated by the supervisor. Computer skills required including Microsoft Office, JDE, and Rate Linx.

· Walks/stands 8 hours. Frequently lifts 0-20 pounds. Occasionally lifts 20-50 pounds. Frequently carries 0-10 pounds; occasionally carries 20-50 pounds. Frequently bends, squats, climbs, kneels, twists, push/pull and reach overhead. Must use hands frequently for grasping, fine manipulation and push/pulling. Can work in hot/cold environment.
· Train / Develop new and existing Shipping associates.
· Proficient in use of forklift.
Shipping / Receiving Department Requirements
- · Know how to load/unload inbound and outbound freight.
 - · Knowledge of proper and safe operation of forklift.
 - · Knowledge of all item numbers and respective locations.
 - · Knowledge of all raw materials and respective locations.
 - · Knowledge of BOLs, packing lists and ticket procedures.
 - · Computer skills including Office, JDE, and Rate Linx.
 - · Assist in the supervision and direction of employees.
 - · Must be willing/able to cross train for all shipping positions.
 - · Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
 - · Knowledge of all Shipping office functions.
