Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay:  $17.00 per hour, plus $2.00 Shift differential

Shift: Night shift 7:00pm-3:00am or 7:00am during busy time.  Monday through Friday (weekends based on business need)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Shift Janitorial Associate to join our facility team in Ellenboro, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our facility during night-time hours. 

  • Perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, common areas, Lunchroom
  • Plant floor office cleaning
  • Sweeping of plant floors
  • Cleaning of plant walls and ceiling
  • Painting as needed
  • Outside plant grounds cleaning
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners
  • Empty recycle and trash glass
  • Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures
  • Maintain and organize janitorial supplies and equipment
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisor
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
  • Perform basic janitorial tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
  • Experience working night shift preferred
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation to work location
  • Must be available to work night shift hours
  • Strong time management skills
  • Basic maintenance and troubleshooting abilities
  • Must be forklift certified or willing to train and certified on the forklift
