The Maintenance Manager oversees a variety of functions such as equipment installations, repairs, or modification of equipment for generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy in the manufacturing facility. They are also responsible for scheduling, coaching and directing the work of others. They must drive and develop a preventive and control strategy to maintain up time and equipment’s on their optimal capabilities and conditions for a healthy operation. Own and manage maintenance expenses and cost reduction as well as drive projects focus on reducing variable cost of operation and productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and manufacturing functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience with electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills.
- Strong soft skills, including effective communication, time management, and critical thinking abilities.
- Advanced level of English
