The Manager, Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement plays a key role within the Partner Enablement function, driving operational excellence, process standardization, and technology optimization across Marketing and Sales Enablement initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Retail & Partner Enablement, this role ensures that the infrastructure, tools, and processes are in place to support seamless execution, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.
This leader will oversee a small but high-performing team and will serve as the central point of accountability for marketing systems, vendor relationships, and process innovation — including the use of AI to increase efficiency and insight generation. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a hands-on approach to driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy & Process Excellence
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end processes that support Partner Enablement and broader Marketing execution.
- Identify opportunities to automate and simplify workflows, enabling speed, consistency, and scalability across teams.
- Establish and document standard operating procedures and performance metrics to ensure clarity, accountability, and alignment across functions.
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders to ensure enablement tools, content, and programs are aligned to business needs and performance objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of enablement initiatives designed to enhance partner engagement, readiness, and performance.
- Track enablement effectiveness through defined KPIs, using data to inform continuous improvement.
Technology & AI Integration
- Serve as the functional lead for Marketing Operations technology, ensuring alignment and integration across CRM, MAP, DAM, and related platforms.
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools that enhance campaign performance, personalization, and reporting accuracy.
- Champion data integrity, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for decision-making.
Vendor Management
- Act as the primary liaison for external vendors, agencies, and technology partners supporting Marketing and Enablement initiatives.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management — ensuring clear deliverables, KPIs, and accountability.
- Optimize vendor spend and performance to deliver measurable value to the organization.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and clear direction.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Align team goals with broader Marketing and Partner Enablement strategies to ensure consistent execution and impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Enablement, or related fields — ideally within a B2B or channel-driven organization.
- Proven experience implementing marketing technology platforms, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing cross-functional processes.
- Demonstrated success leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.
- Prior people leadership experience preferred.
- up to 15% Travel required.
