- Responsible for the multi-family blueprint takeoff process, including the takeoff, pricing, shop drawing requests, and completion of SAF014 Project Bidding Sheet in full (as per SAW024_Multi-Family Process)
- Responsible for the scheduling of deliveries for multi-family projects in conjunction with PC, Sales, and the customer
- Responsible for the scheduling of lockout services for multi-family projects in conjunction with Service and the customer
- Performing daily order cross-checking. Preferably this would occur prior to the order being transferred but must be completed within 48 hours (2 working days) of order transfer.
- Maintenance of sales files in conjunction with the Outside Sales rep.
- Completing RGA, NCR, and Credit notes when required per current work instructions.
- Scheduling orders with Production Control when customer requests
- Filling out lost or damaged product and non-conformance reports, re-ordering product, when necessary, as per current work instructions.
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Follow all current work instructions and policies and procedures.
- Stay current on product/systems/manufacturing bulletins/etc. by reading and/or installing updates as they are communicated to Sales
- Site Visits with OSR or Sales Manager
- Responsible for Progress Billing
Port Secondary Education or minimum 2 years’ related experience
- Excellent computer skills in Windows environment, experience with Office suite of software
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Good organizational skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Outgoing and personable personality
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Sales/Inside Sales experience an asset
- Previous experience in window and/or residential construction industry an asset
- Ability to read blueprints
