Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate Product Configuration Analyst to join our team. This teammate will maintain, update, and improve our manufacturing execution system with product configurator.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and owner of all product configuration logic within the enterprise ERP/MES ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Business Operations to architect, deploy, and continuously enhance sophisticated product configuration strategies across multiple product lines.
  • Lead diagnostics, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex issues related to the Configurator platform and ERP/MES systems, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Working with Agile methodologies in high performing teams to continuously develop product models and complex data architectures
  • Drive the planning and architecture of major ERP/MES upgrades, integrations, and technology implementations to support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Spearhead the development of scalable product configuration frameworks and system integrations as part of ERP implementation projects and new product rollouts.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of complex product modeling in manufacturing, preferably within a major CPQ/ ERP (Salesforce, PROS CPQ, SAP Variant Configuration, PricingFX, Oracle)
  • Ability to model and transform data using latest data platforms (Power BI, SQL, MDM)
  • Experience creating and maintaining multi-level discrete engineering bill of materials (BOM)
  • Experience in at least one Product Lifecycle system (PLM) or Manufacturing Execution systems (MES)
  • Experience developing in one or more modern object orientated programming languages (Python, C#/++, VB, Java)
  • Experience in discrete manufacturing, engineering or IT roles preferred
  • Ability to work and be self sufficient in Scrum, Agile, CI/CD high performing teams

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$95,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
