Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead the preparation, planning, and execution of stone veneer and masonry installation projects. This customer-facing role is essential to ensuring the quality and timeliness of our residential and multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in the construction field, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential stone veneer and masonry installation projects, including new construction, remodels, and repairs
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of all jobs within the assigned territory
- Recruit, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and in-house masonry crews
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service, fostering professional relationships with clients and builder partners
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, logistics, and operations to meet project objectives
- Track job progress and completion dates, ensuring consistent quality across all installations
- Promote and enforce company safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Support broader strategic initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or masonry industry
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractor relationships
- Knowledge of residential construction processes
- Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed Denver Metro
- Experience with new construction and remodel projects preferred
- Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus
