As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be a key member of the Compensation team reporting to the Director, Compensation. In this role, you will help to advance our compensation philosophy by being a critical advisor and support to our business leaders. You will work with cross-functional partners to drive pay decisions that are externally competitive, internally equitable, and legally compliant. You will also participate in the development and execution of compensation processes and initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and administer company-wide compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and bonus plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies.
- Lead development and maintain salary structures, job grades, and job evaluation frameworks. Ensure roles are appropriately classified and aligned with internal and external equity standards.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking studies to ensure competitiveness of compensation programs. Analyze salary survey data and provide recommendations for adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders in human resources and other departments to ensure effective collaboration and provide ongoing compensation support on off-cycle pay increases, promotional adjustments, and other pay-related changes including ad hoc requests
- Support the design, implementation, and communication of short-term and long-term incentive programs. Analyze plan effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance compensation processes, programs, and tools. Contribute to compensation strategy discussions and initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support leadership decisions. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation plans to ensure competitiveness in the market and alignment with industry best practices
- Ensure compensation practices comply with legal regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. Participate in audits and support governance processes.
- Manage and administer the company’s severance program, ensuring compliance with policies, legal requirements, and consistent execution across the organization.
- Manage compensation projects from design to execution, including modeling, project planning, communication, and training. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve objectives
- Serve as a liaison with outside vendors in the management of survey data, consulting projects, and compensation programs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years as a Compensation Analyst, preferably within a Center of Excellence team, with responsibility for pay equity analysis, salary studies, salary survey participation, and compensation recommendations.
Global experience a plus (Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience with DayForce or other human capital management (HCM) software.
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
HR Expertise: Strong understanding of human resource regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Business & Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen with critical thinking and analytical ability to evaluate how business decisions impact enterprise outcomes.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and colleagues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $140,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
